ACCOUNT MANAGER

You are a career motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude, using your sales talent to prospect and develop business over the phone with corporate and government procurement staff. The successful candidate will be making outbound calls to present our company and develop business, responding to bids, sourcing products, providing product pricing and availability, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include outbound cold calling, prospecting, business development, product sourcing, quote preparation, and following up with customers.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Pleasant and confident phone voice
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Able to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
  • Technically familiar with computer / IT products and solutions or related technologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Inside sales / telesales experience
  • Computer hardware, software / IT sales experience
  • Previous experience selling to corporate, education, or government accounts

SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate you will be assisting our senior account managers in selling computer hardware and software products to corporate and government accounts. Using your computer technology knowledge, outstanding customer service and organizational skills you will be assisting in preparing quotes, sourcing computer/ IT products, researching customer accounts and providing sales support. You will be working over the phone with manufacturers, suppliers and customers.
Exceptional sales training is provided.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Pleasant and confident phone voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Able to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
  • Have a technical familiarity with computer/ IT products and solutions or related technologies.
